A bite of Nove Alpi’s history
Innovation is the engine of Nove Alpi since its very beginning.
After years producing only sugar-free products, around 1970 we officially decided to add the “gluten-free” claim, probably an azardous move for those times yet now we know it was worth it. We received one of the first authorizations from the Italian Ministry of Health for the production of gluten-free foods and begun our private label collaborations with very important market players.In the nineties Nove Alpi chose to create its own brands, Agluten (gluten free) and Aminò (low protein), believing that a better future starts from the dining table where everyone is equal even with their own differences.

Sustainability
Our company is actively committed to sustainability and community welfare. We have installed two compactors for paper and recyclable plastic. We send organic waste to a local farm to be turned into fertiliser. We use only electricity from renewable sources and support the “Associazione Libellula” in the fight against violence against women. We make local donations, such as the Panchina Rossa (Red Bench) in Candeglia Park and support Misericordia Bottegone.
